In 2005 the Council arrange a Valuation Requirements Committee with the aim of creating and promulgating standards that will mirror greatest follow ; these have tended to follow a rules-based mostly strategy. TAF carries out its work by way of two boards : the Appraisal Standards Board promulgates and updates USPAP ; the Appraisal Skills Board (AQB) promulgates minimum recommended standards for appraiser certification and licensure.
